The Hanoi Fountain is a landmark in the city of Hanoi, Vietnam. It is located on a square bordered by Hang Dao Street, Cau Go Street, Dinh Liet Street and Dinh Tien Hoang Street, on the north side of the Ho Hoan Kiem, the Lake of the Returned Sword.

The site of the Hanoi Fountain is where many public celebrations were held, such as the Independence Day celebration, when the square around the fountain becomes a stage for a street party. I passed by the Hanoi Fountain numerous times when I was walking around Hanoi its sights.

How to go to the Hanoi Fountain
The Hanoi Fountain is located on the north side of the Lake of the Returned Sword. Locate that lake, then walk to its north side. You will not miss the fountain.
