Quan Su Pagoda, at 73 Quan Su Street, is one of the main Vietnamese-style temples in Hanoi. Also known as the Ambassador's Pagoda, the Quan Su Pagoda houses the largest Buddhist library in Vietnam. The pagoda also houses the headquarters of the Vietnam Unified Buddhist Association, and is a major Buddhist learning and research centre.
I explored the Quan Su Pagoda with Chooi Yoke when we were documenting the sights in Hanoi for AsiaExplorers. As with Ly Trieu Quoc Su Pagoda, we arrived too early in the morning, as a result the doors weren't open yet. However, we didn't have time to wait for it to open, as we were hurrying off elsewhere on that day.
The inside of the Quan Su Pagoda is said to house many finely carved statues, some dating back to the 15th century.

How to go to Quan Su Pagoda
Quan Su Pagoda is located a short distance from the Melia Hanoi. From Melia Hanoi, turn right along Ly Thuong Kiet Street, with Melia Hanoi on your right. At the junction with Quan Su Street, turn left. Quan Su Pagoda is located on the left side of the road, about midway down Quan Su Street.
